This is my take on the product:
These are a really fun and delish way to get your Vitamin D3.  I have been to the doctor and blood tests revealed I was low on my Vitamin D. This makes sense since I live in a state where it is cold six months out of the year. There is not enough sunshine to sufficiently help me get my Vitamin D. So I was told to take it. These taste really good. Almost too good. If you have children I suggest you keep these stored where they can't get at them. They taste a lot like candy. Overall these are great and I would recommend them to anyone who has trouble swallowing pills or to get kids to take them without the chalky taste if chewables.
