This is my take on the product:
While I am not pregnant and wouldn't want to be, I think these are excellent vitamins for anyone who wants to improve their hair, skin and nails. My hair and nails have been very dry this winter and my nails have been breaking and cracking at the base. I need something to help improve the condition of them. These are also good for people who get queasy taking vitamins. These are average sized pills and were easy to take. These are a one a day and there are ninety pills per bottle. That is enough for three months. Always check with your doctor before taking anything including supplements. Overall good quality and I would recommend.
